We provide free returns within 60 days for all eligible products purchased on dudewipesmalls.com. Customers are not responsible for any return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect returned items, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. All refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method.
Return Eligibility
Unopened, unused, and undamaged DUDE Wipes products can be returned. For hygiene reasons, opened or used wipes are not eligible for return.
